This is absolutely phenominal! Yes, I will need that doghouse cause I couldnāt resist taking a peak Saturday, but it was well worth it! Just got hit with a major car repair, so had to push off ordering, but hope to do so by next week

Great kit Brett! I just started the waterfront area of my layout - a perfect fit. I even managed to get my order in on announcement day.
Will there be an unboxing video? I send folks to these so they can see everything you get, and they are helpful.

Yes, this kit is amazing next on my bucket list better start putting funds aside.
I donāt want to be repetitive but, this is truly an exciting addition to the Sierra West offering. The waterfront setting puts it over the top for me. Iāve always wanted to model a scene with structures along the water and this provides a perfect start for me. I canāt wait to get mine delivered. Thank you again Brett for providing this ongoing stream of modeling inspiration.
