Time to start work on the Best 60 O Scale kit and see what I can do with it…
Nice box !
Everything is extremely well packaged, not only does it look great but everything is well protected.
The 3D printed parts are exceptionally well detailed and super crisp and clean.
As always with SW 3D prints, there are no supports to remove or anything to clean off. So, it’s straight to the modelling.
I applied the parts to some sticks and now it’s “PrimeTime”
Primer is drying, hopefully more tomorrow.

Amazing how much real looking detail Brett has incorporated into so few parts that need to be assembled.

Base layer of yellow paint sprayed on.
Minor amount of chipping and scratching done, I don’t want it decrepit.
Some tonal washes to dull down and detail painting started.

The pieces are amazing indeed, it was time to start epoxying things together tonight.
I did some more work on the tracks tonight and then epoxied on the two roof supports, the tow hitch, gas tank and the controls.
Just the tracks and roof to epoxy on tomorrow, I’m going to let the supports and gas tank cure over night before messing with it any more.
