Started work on the O scale 3D printed Ford truck this afternoon, primed and base colours applied so far.

I may do some gluing and weathering after I eat.

Wonderfully detailed parts.

Thanks guys, just finished it up.
I changed the back board for variety.
Epoxy headlights again.

These look great, Karl, and I love your idea of epoxy headlights. I’m going to have to try that at the risk of ruining them. But they look so real it’s worth the effort. I don’t know how you build HO but they look superb. And the colors you chose I really like.

George when researching I found the colours Ford used were Black, green, red, blue and grey but the fenders were always black. Also, between 1914-1925 the only factory colour available was black.

I did not know that. My next TT build will be one of the colors you mention above. I’m getting tired of black all the time. Maybe blue as I don’t have any vehicles in blue. I’m also finishing a truck build from Wiseman and I’ve painted the lights yellow. I’m going to put the epoxy over that and see how it turns out. Great idea, Karl. Keep training us
